Do you accept returns or exchanges?
There is a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. Sadly, I cannot offer free returns at this time. Exchanges aren’t accepted.

I would love to offer free shipping but as a small business owner I sadly can't. Pirate Ship is a great and free way to find the cheapest shipping rates!
Intent Salts, Digital Art Prints/Photography Prints, Paintings, and Free Item(s) are not eligible for returns.

Can I cancel an order I placed?
I can certainly cancel your order if it hasn't already started the printing process or if it has not yet been shipped. Normally items are printed within 2-4 business days and things are shipped within 3 business days. So as soon as you can please notify me so we can fix the issue!

I haven't gotten an order confirmation email.
Please let me know by contacting me with all the information you can remember about your order (name, email, date, order number, etc). You can also reach me directly at cronekole@proton.me!
I put the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
Quickly send the order number OR the name and email you ordered with and the correct address by contacting me via the form up top or directly at cronekole@proton.me.
If the order has already been shipped, I'm afraid there's nothing I can do! :/
