Returns
There is a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. Sadly, I cannot offer free returns at this time. Exchanges aren’t accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded. Intent Salts, Digital Art Prints/Photography Prints, Paintings, and Free Item(s) are not eligible for returns.
After you submit your return form I’ll reply with an email on how and where you can ship your item(s) back! When I receive your package I'll make sure it is in its original condition before proceeding with approval. After approval, you'll receive an email that your refund is being processed. If I cannot approve the refund because the item is damaged or lost in the mail/falsely sent you will receive an email stating so.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item please notify me as soon as possible so I can evaluate the issue and correct it. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions!

Order Cancellations
I can certainly cancel your order if it hasn't already started the printing process or if it has not yet been shipped. Normally items are printed within 2-4 business days and things are shipped within 3 business days. So as soon as you can please notify me so we can fix the issue!

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. (If the item is in its original condition you don't need to worry.) If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days and will receive an email that your refund is being processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return, and you have not been refunded, please contact me!
